Xu Chen

Xu Chen is an associate professor (pre-tenure) at Gaoling School of Artificial Intelligence, Renmin University of China. Before that, he was a research fellow at University College London, UK, working with Prof. Jun Wang. He obtained his PhD degree from Tsinghua University, China, under the supervision of Prof. Zheng Qin. In the period from March to September of 2017, he was studying at Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, as a visiting scholar, supervised by Prof. Hongyuan Zha. His research fields include LLM-based autonomous agents, causal inference, reinforcement learning and recommendation system.
